Engineering Technician.
Location: Norfolk.
Salary: Up to 37000.
Hours: Monday to Friday double days with early finish Fridays.
Right to work in the UK is essential. No sponsorship is available.
Are you an enthusiastic Engineering Technician with a background in FMCG manufacturing
Were recruiting for a skilled Engineering Technician to join a growing production site in Norfolk. Youll play a key role in maintaining filling and packaging machinery ensuring smooth production and working to GMP standards in a regulated cleanroom environment.
The Role:
- Set up and change over production machinery.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and running issues.
- Strip down clean and reassemble equipment in line with GMP.
- Keep accurate records and audit-ready paperwork.
- Store and maintain all change parts and tooling.
- Support the weekly production plan and shift handovers.
What Youll Need:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of packaging equipment conveyors fillers and line changeovers.
- Mechanical fault-finding and basic electrical understanding.
- Strong focus on quality compliance and teamwork.
- Confident using Microsoft systems for logging and reporting.
