This is a remote position.
As a Condition Coordinator you will be the friendly professional face conducting virtual property inspections with tenants across the United States. Using advanced proprietary video technology you ll guide residents through comprehensive property walkthroughs carefully documenting the condition of each home.
This role blends technology customer service and attention to detail in a dynamic remote setting where every day brings new interactions and the chance to make a positive impact. You ll work as part of an efficient automated system that supports property management companies while delivering top-tier service to residents all from your home office.
Responsibilities
Conduct 4 8 engaging virtual property inspections daily via video calls with tenants
Guide residents through 30 45 minute home walkthroughs with patience and professionalism
Accurately document property conditions using proprietary inspection software
Complete thorough inspection reports with high attention to detail after each call
Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting positively on both the company and its property management clients
Follow company-provided training to maintain consistent high-quality inspection standards
Collaborate with a supportive team while managing daily tasks independently
Requirements
