Job Title: PMO Project Coordinator

Requirements
Role & Responsibilities:
- Adhere to security and control and change control processes
- Design develop and maintain client/server based procedures to meet support and/or project requirements.
- Learn and support project.
- Interface with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate business requirements into formal technical requirements and application code.
- Work with IT support teams (DBA server teams) to ensure support and project requirements are developed and successfully implemented
- Develop and execute unit test and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications.
- Responsible for full System Development Life Cycle
- Work with business team to complete acceptance testing and participate in integration testing
- Participate in production support/duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage
- Provide Solution Delivery Methodology artefacts associated with application in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development
- Making the interfaces to the existing ERV systems
Skill & Competencies:
- PL/SQL: Excellent proficiency in writing complex PL/SQL code including stored procedures functions packages and triggers.
- SQL: Strong skills in SQL normalization data modelling & performance tuning.
- IT technical background
- Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items
- Ability to adapt and develop interfaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Prioritize Business Impact and Urgency
- Perform application support tasks like: systems support security reviews & maintenance tasks
- Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.

Technical Skill'- Experience in designing Java applications. Strong experience in creating front-end layers of software in Java technology: Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, Spring - Expert understanding in SOA, ESB, Messaging, Event Processing technologies - Experience with relational and non-relational dbs like SQL Server, My SQL, Casandra or Mongo Redis/mem-cached for implementing caching solutions - Experience in AGILE (SCRUM) methodology and ability to define product life cycle - Strong foundation knowledge around integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Apache Storm, Kafka etc. - Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences Secondary Skills: ----- " Need to work closely with Business and Technical Stakeholders to understand the functional and non-functional requirements.
