Job Description
The Sales Manager Telco Licensing & Install Services is a dynamic hands-on leader responsible for driving excellence in Telco and installation service offerings across JB stores nationwide. This role is central to embedding a customer-first mindset ensuring seamless service operations and enhancing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with our Learning & development team to roll out training on new & existing service products
- Store communications through various channels for service-related updates
- Support with customer resolutions
- Liaising with service suppliers to maintain strong relationships ensure alignment on promotional activities and stay informed about product updates and service enhancements
- Monitor and support the execution of service related operational processes. Ensure stores are compliant with service standards an that workflows are efficient and customer friendly
- Oversee the presentation and accuracy of service related merchandising instore especially during promotional periods.
- Take ownership of service related sales and gross profit targets. Analyse performance data identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive results across all locations.
Qualifications :
- Retail experience in high achieving teams
- Demonstrated ability in required skills and competencies
- Interest in training and developing people aligned with desire for personal growth
- Sound organisational skills
