We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing client relationships and achieving sales goals. You will serve as the face of Sphirea Plus representing our values and dedication to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Present promote and sell products/services using solid sales techniques
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (2 years preferred)
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of initiative
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
