PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum level of education: Level 7
- Minimum level of education - ICT relevant: ICT relevant degree is mandatory
- Minimum English language skills (CEFR): C1
- Minimum IT relevant professional experience (years): 5 years
- Minimum project experience relevant to the profile or at similar position (years): 3 years
Required certificates (at least 1 certification among):
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PM2 Agile
- or an equivalent certification recognized internationally
Knowledge and skills
- Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager
- Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods
- Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies
- Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
- Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant Specific Contracts
- Presents excellent communication skills including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences
- Aligns his work easily to the changing environment is able to work effectively in a variety of situations seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements
- Presents strong problem-solving skills
- Displays strong leadership
- Possesses the ability to work effectively with colleagues managers and suppliers
Specific requirements
- Experienced in organization of work in scrums
- Experienced in managing Team work with Azure DevOps
- Client oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management
- Experienced in projects to implement ontology/taxonomy management systems
- Experienced in projects aimed to develop Sharepoint based solution.
- Experienced in data integration projects
Typical tasks and responsibilities
- Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
- Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled
- Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables
- Identifies tracks monitors and communicates project-related issues scope changes variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project
- Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
- Assigns and controls the tasks authorizes work packages balance priorities and workload in the team motivates project team members
- Plans and controls project products delivery processes
- Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project
- Produces project management products (like plans logs schedules). Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project
- Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations
- Organizes and conducts project meeting
