Were on the lookout for a Finance Analyst - Management Reporting based in the Philippines to join our collaborative and high-performing team.
If youve built your skills in a commercial or in-house finance environment and love working with data reporting dashboards and planning tools this could be the perfect fit. Were after someone whos curious detail-oriented and proactive to continuously improve how we report and analyse performance.
As a valued member of the team you will:
- Support the monthly reporting cycle including preparation of management reports trend and variance analysis across multiple business units.
- Assist in delivering regular performance dashboards and KPI reporting packages ensuring clarity accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the finance and reporting teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting existing workflows standardising processes identifying automation opportunities and supporting implementation of changes.
- Maintain and enhance templates and tools used for forecasting planning and reporting leveraging Anaplan as applicable.
- Contribute to the annual budget process completion of periodic forecasts and ad-hoc information requests
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a finance analyst or management reporting role ideally within an in-house corporate or commercial setting.
- A degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. CPA/CA qualification is a plus.
- A solid grasp of financial and operational metrics business drivers and how great reporting supports strategic decision-making.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets. Bonus points if youve used tools like Anaplan Power BI or similar planning/reporting platforms.
- A proactive approach strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in improving how things are done.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset: you enjoy working with others and know how to translate numbers into insights that make sense.
