Job Summary
The overall responsibility of this role will be to create and maintain reports for the business regarding a variety of systems. You will be responsible for the scripting and coding relating to reports as well as how the reports interpret data from the business systems as per the businesses requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Communicate effectively with internal customers and third parties.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners Developers Designers DevOps Engineers and the wider business.
- Hands-on development of MI & BI reports for the various business units.
- Work alongside a Lead Reporting Developer & a Reporting Analyst.
- Test and cross validate reports for accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with technical reviews.
- Analyse and recommend enhancements to the MI reports processes and standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent data modelling skills.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Extensive experience SQL ideally MySQL with RedShift being a plus.
- Good knowledge of SAP Business Objects (Data Services and Information Design Tool).
- Good knowledge of the Phoebus loan servicing platform as a data source and/or extensive understanding of the mortgage lending industry.
- 3 years of experience as a Reporting Developer or similar role.
- Experience developing ETL processes from multiple data sources & types.
- Experience in dashboard design and development.
- Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Practical experience with JIRA & Confluence.
