- Setting up the tablets with local SIMs.
- Communicating with vendors and giving proper training for them either on-site or at the office.
- Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary project point of contact
- Monitoring stock levels of tablets and paper rolls.
- Coordinate bug reports and change requests which include vendor-facing and internal-facing projects
- Informing the line manager and finance department about the damaged lost or stolen tablets and whether to should be replaced.
- Maintaining good relations with vendors and other third parties.
- Reporting the process and progress to the line manager and supervisors.
- Ad-hoc tasks are assigned by the department head and supervisor.
What do you bring to the table
- At least 1 year of experience managing web and mobile consumer projects as a project/tech specialist in an e-commerce company. Plus points if you have worked in a similar organisation like ours.
- Sense of urgency pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Analytical mindset and skill set
- Experience with Jira Salesforce & Confluence is preferable
- Strong relationships and interpersonal skills are a must!
- Happy to work in a changing and fast-paced environment
- High motivation and an excellent team player
- Willing to learn and explore new tools
