Job Summary

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

Three to six years of experience in civil litigation
Strong written and oral communication skills required including proficient brief and law and motion writing
High level of integrity and work ethic
Ability to comprehend complex matters to identify and to articulate core issues and to understand applicable legal principles
Possess relevant technology competencies such as Westlaw Relativity time-billing software and Microsoft applications
Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures
Possess keen eye for detail coupled with exceptional research and proofreading abilities
Self-directed and independently motivated to complete work and accomplish tasks
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Adaptable flexible and able to determine work priorities
An active member in good standing with the California State Bar
