Finance Support Specialist Pagero
We are now looking for a Finance Support Specialist with a customer service obsession passion for business and a good feel for numbers. You will be based in our office in central Gothenburg.
You will collaborate with several supporting parts of the business where we are organizing and strengthening our customer service. To thrive in the role of a Finance Support Specialist you are a person with developed problem-solving skills who actively seeks new challenges in your work. You are service- and solution-oriented have a sense of numbers and you find it easy to learn new tasks. You strive towards deliver solutions and you enjoy helping others.

We take care of the technical and regulatory requirements across the entire order-to-cash purchase-to-pay and freight processes to give customers data accuracy and security transparency and real-time visibility. About the Role
In this role as Finance Support Specialist you will
- Act as a second line finance support working closely with the Business Unit Controllers and other members of the finance team.
- You will perform various administrative tasks connected to the everyday business communicating and collaborating both with other teams and with our customers requiring effective coordination and relationship management skills.
About You
Youre a fit for the role as Finance Support Specialist if you have the following required qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or similar area
- 1-2 years experience of working with similar tasks
- Experience of working with ERP systems and the Microsoft Office package
- Experience in customer relations
- Should have an eye for details and ensure processes are operating at highest level of accuracy.
- Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership in resolving issue escalations timely and accurately.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Successfully pass an extended background check (criminal and credit).
