The successful candidate will have a strong technical background with knowledge in Process knowledge - Level 2 Production Support ITIL knowledge RPA tools (AutomationAnywhere Workfusion BluePrism UI Pat etc.) Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow BMC Remedy JIRA etc.) ITRS Autosys Service Now uDeploy Banking - Investment Banking and knowledge of Oracle - proc function view cursors. The Software Engineer will be responsible for 24x7 support in all 3 shifts weekend/holiday support coordinating between various infra/TI teams or dev partners quick turnaround time for solving any issue quick escalation and handling MIM involving ICM sending user communications debugging and analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
