Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2 incidents (bug fixes minor enhancements).
- Collaborate with L3 teams on Incident/Problem Management.
- Document and escalate issues via Jira/ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 3 years in Java development and L2 production support.
- Proficiency in Java Core SQL Unix scripting.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and ITIL frameworks.
- Advanced Oral English.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
