This role involves setting up and maintaining payer profiles in practicemanagement systems with high accuracy and also logins creation/de-activation of various team members to the tools utilized by the BOOST COE team. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of working with large volumes of sensitive healthcare data in a fast-paced process-driven environment.
Configure customize and maintain ModMed software systems to ensure they function according to business and operational requirementssupporting efficiency data integrity and process compliance
Primary duties/responsibilities of this job
- Create/Update System Configuration
- Manage/Provision/ System Access
- Coordinate with BOOST teams to review/update system setting
- Monitor external updates (payor guidelines billing rules etc) and recommend changes to system settings
- Take up any other projects assigned as per the requirements
JOB Requirements and Skills
- Require a graduate from any discipline
- 1 to 2 years of RCM experience will be preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Intermediate Excel skills (filters sorting basic formulas)
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Ability to follow SOPs and client-specific guidelines
- Basic communication skills (verbal & written)
