Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant SFDC QA Tester
We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer with expertise in test automation API testing BDD data quality assurance to join our agile team.
Responsibilities
Proven experience in Automation Testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver
Proficient in Java with hands-on scripting and debugging capability
Familiarity with build and integration tools such as Maven and Jenkins
Strong background in Manual Testing with detailed test scenario creation and execution
Good to have experience testing Salesforce applications including UI API and workflow validations
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Prior experience in a consulting role or client-facing environment is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with Salesforce testing and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of Salesforce platform and related technologies
Strong understanding of software testing principles and testing methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Prior Compass experience will be preferred
Ability to work independently
