$88427 package includes salary ($77908 - $85996) employers superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

TAFE NSW is looking for individuals with current industry experience and knowledge in either the Sports Turf Greenkeeping Horticulture and Landscaping industry to work as a Technical Officer on a permanent basis based at the Ryde Campus.

The Technical Officer is responsible for supporting the delivery of education services through the maintenance of delivery locations and equipment preparation and distribution of teaching resources and other related support and administrative functions.

About You

The role of a Technical Officer in Sports Turf Management requires a self-motivated starter with sports turf and horticultural skills along with effective communication skills and an eye for detail.

At TAFE NSW Ryde Campus the Technical Officers duties encompass the maintenance of various sports surfaces including a bowling green two golf greens fairway and cricket wickets ensuring they meet the specific standards of maintenance. This involves:
