Job Description
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows and Visualforce.
- Implement features across Health Cloud (care plans patient profiles) Service Cloud (case management knowledge base) and Marketing Cloud (journeys automation).
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs middleware and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with architects admins and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews unit testing and deployment activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow Salesforce development and security best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL and Flows.
- Hands-on experience with Health Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model automation tools and AppExchange components.
- Understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance (e.g. HIPAA).
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II Health Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
