Job Description
ACU is affiliated with the fellowship of the Church of Christ. All applicants must be professing Christians and willing to support the Christian mission and purpose of Abilene Christian University while employed by the university.
- As a student worker in the Ticket Office you will assist with customer service by communicating with season ticket holders and fans through phone calls emails and text messages.
- Youll help process ticket orders exchanges and print jobs while also maintaining accurate customer records and sales data.
- On game days youll support box office operations assist with mobile ticket troubleshooting and help ensure a smooth fan entry experience.
- Additional responsibilities include promoting upcoming events assisting with group sales outreach handling general office tasks and helping prepare for events by setting up signage and materials.
- This role offers valuable experience in sales event operations and customer service.
