As a Human Resources Coordinator (m/f/d) you will support our employees in all personnel-related matters. You will act as a reliable point of contact for our employees trainees students and interns. You are responsible for all matters relating to payroll. We know we can count on you and your expertise. One thing is certain: with us you will learn something new every day and grow with your tasks!

Your most important tasks will include :

  • Planning and organizing employee events and TakeCare activities
  • Coordination of training courses
  • Recording and maintaining variable salary data to guarantee correct and punctual salary payments
  • Checking payroll accounting
  • You act as a contact person for all payroll-related topics and support internal & external audits
  • Administrative support for the HR department e.g. coordinating appointments processing applications and certificates drawing up employment contracts onboarding and offboarding our employees etc.
  • You are the contact person for external authorities and insurance companies e.g. health insurance tax office
  • Support with employee events recruiting events etc.

What we want from you:

  • Completed training in the hotel industry and/or payroll accounting
  • Professional experience in similar positions ideally in the hotel industry
  • Sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law as well as MS Office applications
  • Your communicative nature characterizes you - both in German and English
