Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pit Leads to oversee our team during the pistachio season in Firebaugh CA. The primary responsibility of this role is to supervise and coordinate daily operations ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing staff monitoring productivity and maintaining quality standards.
Job Title: Pit Leads
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts available overtime
Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in an agricultural or production setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Ability to work long hours including weekends during the peak season
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in agriculture or management is a plus
