Job Description

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking experienced HD & Drill Fitters to join their teams across the Pilbara.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a FIFO 2:1 (day and night shifts) roster with highly competitive pay and strong prospects for career development. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and servicing heavy earth moving and plant equipment in a dynamic and rewarding environment.


The About
The primary role of the HD Fitters is to carry out servicing diagnostics repairs and maintenance of an 100T fleet of heavy earth moving and plant equipment across a variety of civil and mining projects. This hands-on position will require strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to keeping machinery operating safely and efficiently.

The primary role of the Drill Fitters is to have a solid background in servicing and maintaining mainly Epiroc drills with a strong understanding of the technical requirements and maintenance procedures for these industry-leading machines. You are highly skilled at diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues ensuring drills are fully operational and performing at their best.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant Trade Certificate/Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year post-trade experience
  • Valid HR driver s licence
  • Construction Card
  • Willingness to undergo police clearance and pre-employment medical & drug screening
  • Working at heights (Desirable)
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
  • Excellent communication skills
