Job Description
As a Remote Decision Support Analyst you will provide data-driven insights and analytical support to help business leaders make informed strategic and operational decisions. You will collect analyze and synthesize financial clinical customer or operational data (depending on industry) to evaluate business performance forecast trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with executives finance operations and technology teams youll translate data into actionable recommendations and contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency cost savings and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze financial operational and/or customer data to support decision-making
Develop models dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker)
Conduct scenario planning forecasting and variance analysis
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver insights
Translate complex data into clear recommendations and visualizations for senior leadership
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance benchmarks
Provide input into strategic planning budgeting and resource allocation
Support ad hoc analyses related to revenue cost efficiency utilization or profitabilitQualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance Data Analytics or a related field
2 years of experience in business analysis financial analysis or decision support
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences
Experience working in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
