With more than 15 years of adventures in prop-tech Kolmeo gives real estate agencies around Australia the right tools and technology to perfectly balance the tenant owner and property manager fact we used to be the customer - a prop-tech company born out of property management - so we intimately understand their joys and sorrows (and our customers are at the heart of everything we do).
So whats the gig
Kolmeo is on the hunt for a Customer Onboarding Coordinator to play a key support role in ensuring our new customers have a smooth and successful start with our software. Youll be part of the onboarding team working alongside the Customer Onboarding Manager and the wider CX team coordinating tasks keep things moving and support our customers every step of the way.
Our ideal candidate
Youve had some experience in a real estate office - maybe as a Leasing Assistant Assistant PM or even an agency office Receptionist or similar. You know the basics of how rentals work but youre ready for a new challenge away from the high-pressure front lines and are keen to pivot into the world of technology.
If youve ever looked at your agencys software and thought I could make this better this is your chance. No more weekend opens late-night tenant calls or chasing rent arrears - just using your real estate know-how to help agencies get the most out of Kolmeo!
