This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday 12:00 PM 5:00 PM Maryland (EST)
Paid hours per week: 20 Hours
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls for the pediatric dental office
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
- Handle new patient scheduling and ensure no new patients are missed
- Respond to common patient inquiries such as insurance acceptance questions
- Confirm patient appointments and follow up as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to families calling the practice
- Support front desk operations remotely to allow in-office staff to focus on patient care and reviews
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience and phone communication skills
- Comfortable working with families and children (pediatric environment)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work 20 hours per week on a consistent schedule
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
- Professional phone manner and clear English communication
