Position: Service Account Assistant
A Service Account Assistant plays a key support role in maintaining client satisfaction by assisting account managers in the coordination and delivery of marketing services. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented communicative and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist account managers in the day-to-day handling of client accounts
Prepare and manage client documentation reports and updates
Coordinate internal communications between creative strategy and production teams
Track project timelines deliverables and feedback cycles
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Help organize meetings take notes and follow up on action items
Ensure accurate documentation of project changes and approvals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in business marketing or communications preferred
1 year of experience in a customer service administrative or marketing-related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
