Sr. Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Pay Rate:
$65/hr on C2C / 1099 all inclusive (OR) $60/hr on W2
Interview Process:
Both Web CAM (Virtual ) and IN PERSON IVs required
Note :
ON SITE REQUIRED: 2 days in the week. Parking is NOT provided for contractors
Job Description
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all tasks related to business analysis conduct analysis determine problems identify business needs elicit requirements and manage stakeholders to meet business and project objectives. During execution they facilitate the implementation of the Product service or result of the project.

Act as the link between the Business Owner and the technical IT team.

Define project scope and risk analysis.

Facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer between stakeholders and the development team.

Track metrics like user adoption and engagement to identify areas for improvement.

Facilitate and or participate in user acceptance testing and business validation discussions and meetings.

Help break requirements (or user stories) into Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Help development team understand bigger picture.

Convert business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements.

Business Requirement Document

Context Diagram

Dateflow Diagram

Business Case

Decision Brief

Current and future State Diagrams
