OPERATIONS
The Operations team serves as the backbone of our marketplace seamlessly managing the entire order journey. From creating online content and ensuring secure payments to order fulfillment and delivery while providing comprehensive customer and partner care this team is relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience every single day.
PORTO
Our office is near Porto in the north of Portugal and is located in a vibrant business hub. It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.
ROLE
As a Business Operations Principal youll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives elevating operational performance and shaping scalable solutions across the business. This role blends sharp problem-solving data-driven analysis and disciplined project management to deliver lasting impact.
Youll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to take on complex challenges uncover new ways of working and deliver high-impact projects that strengthen both efficiency and scale. Reporting to the VP of Operations youll serve as a trusted advisor and go-to problem solverhelping the company grow with agility and discipline.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Lead and support high-impact cross-functional projects from discovery through execution ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Apply structured problem-solving frameworks and data-driven analysis to break down complex issues and design actionable solutions.
- Develop clear project roadmaps define milestones and drive accountability across teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency growth acceleration and improved decision-making.
- Translate insights into compelling recommendations presenting to key stakeholders in a clear persuasive manner.
- Build scalable processes frameworks and reporting mechanisms that enable the business to operate with clarity and speed.
WHO YOU ARE
- Strategic thinker with 710 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy or business operations in high-growth environments.
- Skilled problem solver with proven ability to scope structure and deliver complex initiatives end-to-end independently.
- Strong analytical background with advanced problem-solving skills; highly proficient in Excel/BI tools SQL a plus.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to craft clear presentations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous fast-moving environments with multiple priorities.
- Collaborative resourceful and confident in challenging assumptions constructively.
- Fun to work with and motivated by making a meaningful impact on the organizations success.
