Job Summary
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in sales preferably in the air compressor or related industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives.
- Strong market analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities within the air compressor market.
- Expertise in customer relationship management to maintain and grow a robust customer base.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable sales agreements and contracts.
- Technical knowledge of air compressors and related products to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Team management skills to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Strong forecasting abilities to predict and prepare for future market and sales trends.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal for effective internal and external interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive significant revenue growth and market expansion for air compressors.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients stakeholders and partners to enhance customer loyalty.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure a thorough understanding of product offerings and customer needs.
