Job Summary


We are looking for a Retail sales staff on 3rd party payroll for one of our luxury watches brand in Bangalore.
Experience : 4 years
Industry : Watches
Location : UB city and St marks street Bangalore.

Responsibilities :
  • Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist discerning clients answer questions about products and provide expert recommendations to build lasting relationships.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive revenue by converting walk-ins and exceeding ambitious sales goals through product knowledge and persuasive sales techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Manage high-value inventory process sales and returns accurately and maintain stock levels.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the boutique is clean organized and visually appealing by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining daily housekeeping standards.
  • Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Handle transactions and manage the POS system efficiently and accurately.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of various watch brands movements and technical features to confidently consult with clients.
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in luxury retail particularly with luxury goods or watches is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Polished and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelors degree is a plus.
