Location : UB city and St marks street Bangalore. Responsibilities :
- Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist discerning clients answer questions about products and provide expert recommendations to build lasting relationships.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive revenue by converting walk-ins and exceeding ambitious sales goals through product knowledge and persuasive sales techniques.
- Inventory Management: Manage high-value inventory process sales and returns accurately and maintain stock levels.
- Store Operations: Ensure the boutique is clean organized and visually appealing by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining daily housekeeping standards.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Handle transactions and manage the POS system efficiently and accurately.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of various watch brands movements and technical features to confidently consult with clients.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in luxury retail particularly with luxury goods or watches is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Polished and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelors degree is a plus.
