What youll do:

In this role youll help manage SAPs global social media presence day-to-day ensuring our content is timely relevant and aligned with key business goals. Youll help shape SAPs voice across platforms like LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook working closely with (Regional) Social Media Managers to create content that connects with diverse audiences across markets languages industries and interests. Youll also collaborate with our creative agency and Social Media Managers to brainstorm brief and deliver compelling content tailored to local needs. Youll help monitor conversations identify engagement opportunities spark two-way dialogue around the topics that matter most to SAP and stay tuned into the pulse of our audience. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple time zones and regions providing valuable insight into how social media strategies adapt across cultures and languages. Youll be a key part of the Global Social Media team; contributing to team meetings sharing learnings documenting best practices and supporting projects that enhance our performance processes and content across SAPs social ecosystem.

What you bring:

Youre a recent graduate (within the past 12 years) with a degree in Business Marketing Communications Media or a related field. Curious creative and passionate about social media and storytelling youre someone who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across cultures and time zones. Youre detail-oriented organized and proactive. You either have experience with or are excited to learn tools like Opal and Sprinklr. You keep up with social trends and understand how platforms like LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and YouTube work especially in a B2B context. Youre fluent in English and additional languages such as Spanish Portuguese German or French are a plus. Youre data-savvy adaptable resourceful and thrive in fast-paced global environments where no two days are the same.
