Job Description

We seek 3-4 student PR communication or journalism majors to conduct
outreach to legacy media outlets social media influencers the academic
community podcasters elected officials celebrities and more.
There is no pay at this time. That said you WILL get excellent hands-on
experience and the chance to really build your addition to PR
and event management if you want to write articles appear on our
podcasts post on our social media channels or help with video and podcast
production all that is possible.
What we really seek is interns who WANT to take this on; we have a can
do will do culture that encourages requires really active participation.
Wed rather take someone with less experience and the right attitude than
someone with a stellar resume who is ho-hum about this project. ONC is for
true believers who want to make a difference.
Be ready to commit to four to 10 hours a week. We are completely remote
and use Slack Google Drive and Zoom to communicate. There are two
one-hour mandatory meetings each week. We operate on a semester basis;
if you can commit to at least two or three semesters thats a big plus.
