An experience IT Business Systems Administrator to manage analyze and troubleshoot all functions of our companys business technology systems.

What Youll Do
This position analyzes plans and implements business processes functions and procedures to determine the most effective business systems solutions for the organization. It is also the service contact to respond to and resolve end-user inquiries including service requests problem solving and hardware/software support. This is a department of one

- Client device troubleshooting/repair
- Hardware and peripheral setup and support
- Client-server application support
- Project planning and management
- Application system analysis/definition
- Systems testing and implementation
- Management of internal and external relationships
- Problem analysis/solving
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Technical services
- Application services
- System evaluation selection implementation optimization
- Liaison with external vendors
- Manage internal and external relationships
- Technology needs assessment
- Cost/benefit analysis
- Technical/problem analysis
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Project management
Technical Competence Required in Areas of:
- Business/industry requirements and trends
- Integrated business systems
- Connectivity
- Data/voice technology and trends
- Office systems software word processing spreadsheet presentation
Performance Measures:
- Network and application availability and performance
- Frequency and severity of production incidents
- Mean time for issue resolution
- Project delivery
- Project cost
- Internal and external customer satisfaction
Education/Experience And Must Haves
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of related experience
- Information technology management experience

Compensation: $65000.00 - $70000.00 per year
