About the job:
Are you interested in creating opportunities for Indigenous youth and young adults that have a meaningful lasting impact Were looking for a motivated caring and community-minded individual to join our team as the Indigenous Training Program Coordinator.
In this rewarding role you will recruit mentor and guide trainees as they explore career paths within Community Services including the possibility of roles in other departments. With guidance from the Senior HR Consultant youll be the main point of contact and key support for the trainees and managers. You will also work to grow the Indigenous Training Program and build strong connections with community partners. If you are excited about this opportunity wed be happy to connect with you!
