You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Engineering candidate to join our GRC Technology team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in both automated and manual testing with a focus on automation and will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our GRC solutions.
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto (250 Yonge St Toronto) and/or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Design develop and execute automated and manual test cases for GRC applications
Utilize tools such as Robot Framework Jenkins GitHub and PyCharm for test automation and CI/CD integration
Write and maintain test scripts using Selenium Python SQL and VBScript
Identify document and analyze bugs defects and issues in a clear and concise manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations including remote team members
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives)
Work closely with developers business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Ensure timely and effective communication of test results and quality metrics
5 years of experience in Quality Engineering with a strong focus on automation
Proficiency in Robot Framework Selenium Python SQL and VBScript
Hands-on experience with Jenkins GitHub PyCharm and test management tools such as JIRA HP ALM or qTest
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate issues and collaborate effectively
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
Experience in mobile testing and familiarity with KYC verification and customer onboarding processes
Prior experience with GRC platforms (e.g. Archer) is a strong asset
Must be able to work onsite in Toronto a minimum of 3 days per week
