Job Summary:
The Technical Specialist Senior will support the development of correspondence campaigns for program updates and lead the development of updates to digital campaigns for a Digital Correspondence Portal. This role involves subject matter expertise hands-on engagement with relevant systems creating segmentation models and supporting deployment in production.
Location:Toronto Ontario Canada
Responsibilities:
- Provides subject matter expertise and hands-on engagement for all relevant systems including identifying and creating technical solutions design development and deployment for specified technology.
- Creates segmentation models designs and builds marketing campaigns.
- Refines and clarifies designs during campaign development and implementation.
- Codes and unit tests.
- Provides subject matter expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Supports deployment in production.
- Conducts Root Cause Analysis of production issues.
- Develops campaigns for the Digital Correspondence Portal.
- Develops campaigns for program updates.
- Supports campaign production runs.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 3-5 years experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria.
- 3-5 years experience working with CRM tools and rules engines.
- 3-5 years experience manipulating and analyzing large relational and multi-dimensional data stores.
- 3-5 years experience supporting deployment in production including root cause analysis of production issues.
- Experience developing data extraction transformation and load functionality for large relational and multi-dimensional data stores.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 5 years experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) marketing segmentation and Siebel CRM.
- 5 years experience analyzing and designing changes to segmentation campaigns.
- Experience in creating and documenting the technical design development and delivery of specified technology solutions including: reports interfaces conversions extensions and customizations.
- Demonstrated experience in the creation and update of technical design specifications to satisfy project requirements.
- Experience developing integrated test scenarios identifying test data executing test scenarios as part of system integration testing (COTS and custom) troubleshooting and resolving issues identified and documenting test results.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze complex high-volume data from structured and semi-structured sources.
- Experience working with healthcare data.
- Complete knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
- Public Sector Experience
