Job Description

You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this Healthcare System & Texas Transplant Institute is recruiting a board-certified adult cardiothoracic transplant surgeon to join as our advanced and growing transplant and cardiothoracic program in San Antonio Texas. Qualified Candidates:Board certification by the American Board of Thoracic SurgeonsUNOS certificationMinimum of 2-5 years of experience and proficiency in all aspects of adult cardiothoracic surgery including heart transplantation lung transplantation VAD and ECMOProven experience preferably from a large and busy institution demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with both private practice and employed groupsUnrestricted full Texas licensed (or eligible)Incentive/Benefits Package:Opportunity to join an established practice senior mentorship availableAbility to primarily focus practice at flagship hospital of Methodist HealthcareSign-on bonusCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefit package that includes health and dental coverageRelocation assistancePaid malpractice
