Testing Advisor (Software Testing)

The testing advisor (software testing) is responsible for participating in the development and maintenance project of the payroll and human resources application;

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Performs manual testing of modified or added features;
- Participates in automated testing of modified or added features.
- Produces test scenarios;
- Ensures compliance with initial requirements;
- Documents anomalies detected during functional integrated and acceptance testing;
- Participates in defining and implementing improvements within the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll human resources and time management solutions or in quality assurance testing;
- Minimum college diploma in a related field (administration IT software quality etc.);
- Experience in application web mobile or AS400 testing (an asset);
- Experience with agile development cycles (an asset);
- Experience with Jira Confluence and XRay (an asset)
- Strong learning ability;
- Ability to work in a team but also to be independent;
- Possess advanced analytical skills;
- Demonstrate thorough follow-ups;
- Independent time and priority management;
- Flexible work schedules;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel)
- Fluency in spoken and written French
