Job Description
In this role you will:- Execute the program at scale through standardisations of programmatic elements and the identification and implementation of operational efficiencies.- Partner with internal partners to achieve goals including strong program and project management of complex issues.- Handle and communicate progress against deliverables as needed for successful on-time program completion.- Document program strategy and objectives.- Develop and maintain a detailed plan to monitor and track all program elements.- Bring outside the box thinking to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. - Provide top-level actionable insight into the performance of the program throughout its lifecycle.- Provide project management ensuring all Manager Enablement Program initiatives events and workshops are delivered on time and to the highest quality. - Build and maintain the program website - Development of participant-facing program materials in collaboration with program manager. - Support with the analysis of data and communication of survey insights in collaboration with program manager. - Support the execution of face-to-face and virtual events and workshops.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work effectively with internal partners and stakeholders.
- Experience in leading projects and program management.
- Experience in data analysis and the communication of insights through reporting and presentations.
- Experience in utilizing CMS and HTML for building and maintaining websites.
