Job Summary:
We are in need of an experienced and goal-driven Sales Manager with a solid background in the Construction Chemicals or Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in boosting sales overseeing important accounts broadening the customer base and spearheading business development efforts in the Mumbai region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee sales activities within the designated area.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Discover and cultivate new business prospects through direct sales channel partners and project-oriented selling.
- Cultivate and uphold strong connections with key stakeholders such as contractors consultants architects and applicators.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clientele.
- Keep track of market trends competitor initiatives and customer input to propose enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical logistics finance) to ensure client contentment.
- Produce MIS reports and furnish regular sales projections and updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years required as a Sales Manager in the Construction Chemicals or Building Materials industry
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within the designated region
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
