What Youll Do
As Operations Manager youll lead day-to-day practice operations support and develop team members and ensure a positive and efficient patient journey. Youll work closely with clinical leadership to oversee office workflows financial performance and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Managing budgets forecasts and financial performance
- Overseeing purchasing inventory and general office supply planning
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA HIPAA and other regulations
- Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supporting and mentoring staff through training feedback and team development
- Managing insurance and billing processes including AR and claims resolution
- Coordinating all other office responsibilities as needed
- MondayFriday schedule 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in dental office management or a related healthcare operations role
- Strong understanding of insurance verification billing and AR management
- Experience with P&L oversight and cost control
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on culture and accountability
- Familiarity with dental EMR systems (WinOMS experience a plus)
- A calm confident presence with the ability to lead through change and challenges

Position Base Pay Range
$55000 - $65000 USD
