Were hiring an Executive Assistant who thrives in the fast-paced people-first world of recruitment and knows how to operate at an executive level.

At The Onset we partner with the most ambitious names in tech product and executive search from founders of VC-backed startups to enterprise leaders building game-changing teams.

This isnt a passive support role. Its a chance to be deeply embedded in a high-performing business interacting directly with senior stakeholders and making sure every moving part clicks into place.

We need an Executive Assistant who can anticipate needs before they arise make the complex look simple and help our CEO and directors stay laser-focused on what matters: connecting with the right clients and candidates at the right time.

What youll be doing:

Executive diary management with impact
Youll own the calendars of our CEO and Directors scheduling with intent not just efficiency. This is about making sure the right conversations happen at the right time with the right people.

Onboarding that sets the tone
From day one to post-placement youll coordinate onboarding for executive search assignments ensuring both clients and candidates are fully supported.

Delivering outstanding candidate experience
Everyone we speak with should feel like a priority. Youll help us maintain a standard of care and communication that keeps candidates engaged informed and connected with our brand.

Research coordination that drives smarter decisions
Youll collaborate with our in-house researcher to surface meaningful data and insights and make sure theyre landing in front of our execs when they need it.

Following up following through
Youll track key actions outcomes and conversations - closing loops tying bows and making sure nothing important is left hanging.

What you must bring:

23 years of experience as an EA in recruitment or HR (agency or internal)
Proven ability to support execs in a fast-paced high-performance environment
Strong communication and people skills - youll be trusted with big conversations
Obsessed with the details and always thinking one step ahead
Energised by variety - every day will look a little different

Confidence in high-level client-facing conversations
