MoranAssistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT:ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT VACANCY PAYROLL OFFICEAccording to the terms of the contract the following administrative assistant position is being OFFICE CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION12 MONTHS SCHEDULE 5SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:Assure the smooth and efficient operation of the Payroll Office and Financial Services DUTIES:Performs payroll functions involving data entry and coding as and provide support to Payroll Office other duties as assigned by the Chief Budget Officer of Financial Services or the Director of the Payroll Office QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of two years municipal payroll and MUNIS payroll experience ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Payroll Office the candidate should be a self-starter flexible able to take direction willingly and complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to communicate in a courteous efficient and professional manner in dealing with personnel and the keyboarding and mathematical skills in MS Word and MS to complete tasks without duties responsibilities and expectations of this position will be discussed with each applicant during the interview NOTE: Brockton residency must be established within one year of initial Deadline: August 6 2025
