Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Manager Childrens Residential Home
Location: Stockport England
Salary: Up to 40000 per annum (inclusive of bonus)
Working Hours: 3 on 3 off shift pattern (10am10pm)
Hourly Rate: Equivalent to 15.1717.58 per hour (depending on bonus eligibility)
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in Years Required: 2 years in a childrens residential setting with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role
Employment Type: Permanent

  • Number of Beds: 3
  • Location: Stockport
  • Type of YPs: Children and young people with EBD
  • Ofsted Rating: Good (at last inspection)
  • Ratio of staff to children: 2:1
