Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager with 2–3 years of experience to lead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation market research web research marketing campaigns email writing and client calling. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and web research to identify business opportunities and target audiences.
Develop and execute strategic lead generation activities through various channels.
Plan implement and track the success of marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Write professional persuasive emails to engage prospects and clients.
Perform outbound calling to connect with leads qualify them and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales and marketing alignment.
Monitor sales metrics and report on performance lead quality and campaign results.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
Proven experience in lead generation market/web research email communication and cold calling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated target-driven and self-directed.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Knowledge of digital marketing and B2B/B2C sales processes.
Creative thinking for campaign ideation and customer engagement.
Full Time
