Were seeking a detail-oriented proactive Temporary Training Program Assistant to support the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (Talent LMS) and internal training coordination efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background excellent communication skills and proven experience using PowerPoint in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain courses in the Talent LMS platform
- Track and follow up on course completions; notify managers of overdue training
- Coordinate schedules deadlines and reminders related to training assignments
- Assist in converting content outlines into polished Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
- Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear professional communication stylewritten and verbal
- Ability to learn new systems quickly (experience with Talent LMS or similar systems is a plus)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
