About the role
The Senior Financial Accountant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability and efficiency of Amenitiz. This position involves managing and overseeing financial transactions enhancing internal controls ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous process improvements. Additionally the Senior Financial Accountant contributes significantly to audits and controlling initiatives reinforcing financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Your missions
- Lead the full cycle of invoicing payments and cash flow management optimizing financial performance.
- Supervise and enhance daily administrative and accounting operation ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct in-depth bank reconciliations and maintain comprehensive financial records with high accuracy.
- Ensure tax compliance including filings and regulatory reporting while proactively identifying potential tax optimizations.
- Spearhead automates and streamline accounting and financial processes.
- Develop and implement improved internal controls policies and procedures to strengthen financial governance.
- Provide financial insights through advanced reporting and analysis supporting business strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency.
About you
- Extensive experience in audit accounting and preparation of financial statements with a strong understanding of tax compliance and finance operations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis reporting and internal controls.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial transactions and processes independently.
- Organizational and time management skills ensuring efficiency in high-paced environments.
- High attention to detail and accuracy ensuring financial integrity.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience with financial automation tools and ERP systems is highly desirable.
