Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment efficiently

Maintain production line speed and meet daily output targets

Conduct routine checks and perform basic machine maintenance

Report mechanical faults or safety concerns immediately

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines

Keep the work area clean and maintain discipline
Skills Required:

Ability to manage shift operations and meet production targets

Supervise team members and machinery effectively

Ensure plant safety and enforce workplace discipline

Report shift performance incidents and operational issues promptly
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial operations is preferred
