Reservations Manager Luxury 5 star) Hospitality Experience Required
Were seeking a highly skilled Reservations Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional service in a luxury hospitality setting.
What You Bring:
Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Reservations Manager ideally in a luxury or 5-star environment
Proven leadership communication and people management skills
Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and systems
Proficiency in hotel booking systems (e.g. Protel Air or similar)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel
