Must-Have:
Provide L1/L2 support for Windows servers Troubleshooting hardware software and network connectivity issues for end-users
Having hands-on Windows OS upgrades
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide tier-2 support for Windows-related incidents.
Strong knowledge in networking concepts (IP addressing DHCP DNS VPNs firewalls
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Automate routine system administration tasks using PowerShell scripting to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Desired knowledge (dotnet).
Provide technical support for Windows-based servers addressing issues related to system performance security and stability.
Utilize JIRA and ServiceNow for incident tracking service request management and maintaining effective communication within the IT support team.
Monitor system health and performance proactively identifying potential issues and mitigating them before they impact end users.
Document procedures configurations and troubleshooting steps for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-Have:
Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for managing Windows devices.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles for service management.
Experience with SQL Server and managing database access permissions.
Certification in Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or related certifications.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
