Job Description Summary:
The Project Director is independently responsible for all facets of the Telehealth Regional Outreach for Communities Kids and Schools (Telehealth ROCKS) project including strategic leadership of evaluation budgeting supervision and policy development. This federally funded initiative supports family-school-community partnerships by strengthening school-based services addressing social determinants of health and offering training in the Whole School Whole Community Whole Child (WSCC) model.
The Project Director will lead the design and implementation of technical solutions educational approaches and clinical services for partner sites. They will conduct systematic assessments of rural community needs and resources particularly those related to young children with developmental and behavioral concerns and guide rigorous data collection and analysis to inform continuous evidence-based program improvement.

Job Duties Outlined:
Principal Accountabilities: Along with the PI lead project team working with participating facilities. Train facility personnel including the site champion in following the telemedicine assessment and treatment protocols spanning technical and clinical support. Provide ongoing training support. The position also oversees a team of health care and administrative contacts related to pediatric services over telemedicine.
- Design and oversee comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure program outcomes and impact across multiple domains including service delivery clinical outcomes and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborates extensively with the Operations Director to develop comprehensive compliance protocols and implement targeted training initiatives that address identified knowledge gaps among staff.
- Maintains ongoing strategic dialogue with the Operations Director to identify compliance vulnerabilities co-creating standardized operating procedures that ensure consistent implementation of evaluation frameworks.
- Independently develop and manage sophisticated data systems and analytics protocols to track key performance indicators and program effectiveness.
- Conduct rigorous statistical analyses of program data to identify trends outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing training support and evaluate training effectiveness through measurable outcomes and validated assessment tools.
- Independently liaise with external evaluators to ensure rigorous assessment of program impact and outcomes through validated methodologies.
- Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods to identify trends gaps and opportunities for program enhancement.
- Liaise with developmental and behavioral health treatment teams and healthcare trainees regarding training for utilization of technology program development and evaluation methodologies.
- Independently write and submit data-rich reports to funding agencies in a timely matter and coordinate comprehensive data collection and entry into online system.
- Lead the development of academic deliverables including peer-reviewed publications of program outcomes conference presentations of evaluation findings and evidence-based grant applications.
- Independently promote the project through formal and informal presentation of evaluation results for community events and national/international conferences.
- Direct the creation of evidence-based impact reports demonstrating program effectiveness to stakeholders using data visualization and compelling metrics narratives.

Work Environment
- This position in state travel sometimes requiring overnight stays.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree or more advanced degree in health sciences behavioral health education communication public health or related field. Education may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Work Experience:
- Three years of previous experience with program management and with working with child serving systems of care is essential.
- Three years of experience collaborating with communities and with program evaluation is required.
- Three years of experience with pediatric developmental/behavioral health is a plus.
- Experience with research design survey development data collection tools and advanced statistical analysis methods.
- Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis statistical methods outcomes measurement and impact assessment methodologies.
- Experience in designing evaluation frameworks selecting appropriate metrics and implementing data-driven program improvements.
- Experience with statistical software packages and data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
- Masters degree or more advanced degree in health sciences behavioral health education communication public health or related field. Education may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Certification/License:
- Clinical trials certification.
Work Experience:
- Experience with project-related technologies including telehealth/telemedicine and mHealth approaches particularly in data collection and outcomes monitoring.
- Experience with pediatric developmental/behavioral health is a plus as well as supervisory experience with students and employees.
- Track record of producing academic deliverables such as peer-reviewed publications featuring program evaluation results data-driven grant proposals and conference presentations.
- Experience in the school environment i particularly in educational program evaluation.
- Proven grant writing and research interest with rural communities and/or early childhood health.
- Experience translating program outcomes and complex datasets into compelling narratives for wide audiences.
